目的 提高医学生对心电图的认知水平,提高心电图的教学效果.方法 选取武汉大学2009级~2011级五年制临床医学专业336名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组.在心电图教学中,实验组采取模块教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法.教学结束后,通过问卷调查、同期实验组和对照组学生的理论考核、心电图阅读分析考核成绩,对两种教学方法的实施效果进行比较.结果 实验组学生对心电图的学习兴趣高于对照组学生,独立解决问题的能力增强.在心电图阅读分析判断能力和准确率上,实验组学生优于对照组学生,其差异具有统计学意义.两组学生心电图理论考核成绩的差异无统计学意义.结论 与传统教学方法相比,模块教学方法能够更好地激发医学生学习心电图的兴趣,加深医学生对理论知识的理解,提高医学生独立思考和解决问题的能力,有效地提高了心电图教学效果.

Objective To improve the cognitive ability of electrocardiogram (ECG) of medical students and enhance the effect of ECG teaching.Methods In ECG teaching,5-year clinical medical students(n=336) from grade 2009-2011 of Wuhan University were randomly divided into two groups,one using module teaching model is as the experimental group,the other using traditional lecturing model is as the control group.The teaching effects of two groups were evaluated through the questionnaire survey,examinations in ECG theory,ECG reading and ECG analyzing.Results The learning interests of students in experimental group are higher than that in control group.The abilities of ECG reading,analyzing and judging of students in experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group.No significant difference in ECG theory examination was found between two groups.Conclusions Compared with the traditional method,module teaching model is beneficial to inspire the interest of the students in learning ECG,which could deepen the ability of analysis and understanding of the ECG knowledge and develop the independent thinking and problem solving abilities.
