外科基本技能培训是外科学教学的重点和难点,八年制医学生外科基本技能培训中尚存在教学方法单一、缺乏有效的考核促进机制等问题,加上理论基础知识不扎实,严重影响八年制医学生外科基本技能培训的教学效果.为此,北京大学第三医院积极探索外科基本技能培训的新型教学及考核方式方法,激发学生学习的积极性、主动性,增加学生实际操作的参与机会,逐步提高了八年制医学生外科基本技能水平.

The basic surgical skills training is important and difficult in surgical teaching,in which of eight-year medical students,there are some problems,such as single teaching methods,lack of effective assessment system and theoretical knowledge,which may seriously affect the effect of basic surgical skills training.In this respect,the new teaching and assessment methods had been investigated in Peking University Third Hospital to stimulate students' enthusiasm,initiative and participation of practical operation,which gradually increased the basic surgical skills of eight-year medical students.
