目的通过调研和分析省、市、县、乡镇4级医院检验项目开展及仪器配备状况,初步明确医学检验技术专业课程实验教学内容及需要配备的教学仪器设备.方法采用自编的医院检验项目开展及仪器配备情况调查表,对湖南、重庆、贵州3省(直辖市)的3所省(直辖市)级医院、13所地市级医院、9所县级医院、12所乡镇卫生院(含社区卫生服务中心)开展的医学检验项目及仪器配备情况进行调查.结果 5门医学检验技术专业课程中的医学检验项目开展率在省(直辖市)级、地市级医院均为98.0％左右;临床基础检验项目在县级、乡镇级医院的开展率在95.0％以上;生物化学检验、微生物学检验、免疫学检验、血液学检验4门专业课程中的检验项目开展率,在县级医院为55.0％～ 90.0％,在乡镇卫生院小于40.0％.检验常用仪器在省(直辖市)、地市级医院配备较为齐全,使用率均达到100.0％;在县级医院配备情况各异,使用率为96.0％～ 100.0％;在乡镇卫生院配备较少,使用率较低.结论各级医院5门医学检验技术专业课程中的检验项目开展率及仪器配备情况有所不同,为确定乡镇医院检验人员编制、增加仪器设备、制定医学检验人员培养措施提供了参考.结论在修订医学检验技术专业课程教学大纲、调整实验教学内容、配备教学仪器设备时,应当以大多数医院开展的检验项目及仪器配备、使用情况为依据.

Objective Based on investigation and analysis on hospital inspection project and equipped instrument of different hospital including province,city,county,township and village level,teaching conditions are basically determined such as medical laboratory technology profession experiment teaching content,and teaching instruments and equipment need to be equipped with.Methods Using the self-made questionnaire to know the situations about the medical inspection items and the instruments equipped of 3 provincial hospitals,13 municipal hospitals,9 county hospitals and 12 township hospitals which in Hunan,Chongqing and Guizhou province.Results The carried out rate of 5 professional inspection courses is about 98.0％ in provincial and municipal hospitals,clinical inspection courses is above 95.0％.The carried out rates of biochemistry inspection,microbiology inspection,immunology inspection,hematology test between 55.0％～ 90.0％ in the county hospital,and less than 40.0％ in township hospitals.These instruments are equipped completely in provincial and municipal hospitals,and the utilization rate is 100.0％.But the situations are difference in the county hospitals,and the rate is 96.0％～ 100.0％.The situations of equipped and utilization are the worst in township hospitals.Conclusions The test items,instruments equipped and service conditions should be taken into consider in the hospital of majority when we adjust the medical test specialty curriculum syllabus,the experimental teaching contents and the teaching instruments.
