目的 评价和探讨医学研究生医学统计学课程改革的效果.方法 自编调查问卷,在医学统计学课程教学改革前后分别对北京大学公共卫生学院全部在读研究生进行问卷调查.结果 教学改革后,医学统计类课程设置趋于合理,还需要更加侧重医学统计方法在公共卫生的实际应用;小班授课形式受到欢迎,还需要更加强调理论和实习的有机结合,增加随堂测验、平时作业等阶段性考核;课程能够激发研究生独立自主的学习,还需要定期更新教学内容,尤其需要加强新的统计软件的介绍.结论 医学统计学课程改革取得了一定的成效,今后需要注意根据学科进展和学生需求变化及时进行调整.

목적 평개화탐토의학연구생의학통계학과정개혁적효과.방법 자편조사문권,재의학통계학과정교학개혁전후분별대북경대학공공위생학원전부재독연구생진행문권조사.결과 교학개혁후,의학통계류과정설치추우합리,환수요경가측중의학통계방법재공공위생적실제응용;소반수과형식수도환영,환수요경가강조이론화실습적유궤결합,증가수당측험、평시작업등계단성고핵;과정능구격발연구생독립자주적학습,환수요정기경신교학내용,우기수요가강신적통계연건적개소.결론 의학통계학과정개혁취득료일정적성효,금후수요주의근거학과진전화학생수구변화급시진행조정.
Objectives To evaluate the reform on medical statistics courses among postgraduate students in public health.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was conducted before and after the statistical curriculum reform among all postgraduate students in School of Public Health of Peking University Health Science Center.Results After the curriculum reform,the new curriculum is suitable,but more emphasis should be addressed on their applications.The small classes were well accepted,while theory teaching and practice on computer should be closely integrated,and more quizzes and regular assignments were suggested as evaluation methods in the classes.The abilities of independent learning and problem solving were improved among postgraduates after the reform,however,the contents of courses should be updated regularly and some new statistical packages should be particularly introduced.Conclusions Some achievement has been made through the medical statistical curriculum reform,however,changes and adjustments should be adapted in time to meet the development of research fields as well as the needs from students.
