目的 通过对北京市某高校临床医学专业本科毕业考核专业理论考试各门课程成绩的分析,评价学生水平及试卷质量,为更合理、更科学的命题提供依据.方法 运用教育测量学的原理和方法,采用Excel建立数据库,使用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析.结果 本次考试内科学、外科学、妇产科学和儿科学4门课程的平均成绩分别为71.4分、85.4分、68.9分和79.9分,呈正态分布.内科学、外科学、妇产科学和儿科学平均难度系数0.72、0.85、0.68和0.79,区分度分别为0.18、0.11、0.18和0.18,本次考核总体信度为0.86.结论 本次考试试卷难度适中,考试成绩可靠,比较全面、客观地评价了学生对临床专业理论的掌握程度,但是区分度仍需改进.

Objective To learn the overall results of professional theory test of graduate assessment of clinical medicine in a university of Beijing,and to help make out questions for the exam more reasonable and scientifical.Methods The examination papers quality and exam results were analyzed by applying education measurement.The database was established by Microsoft Office Excel and the data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results The students' scores showed a normal distribution.The mean score of internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology,pediatrics is 71.42,85.37,68.94 and 79.92,the item difficulty is 0.72,0.85,0.68 and 0.79,the discrimination is 0.18,0.11,0.18 and 0.18.The reliability is 0.86,respectively.Conclusions By demonstrating good reliability,acceptable distribution,reasonable difficulty and the results of the examination were shown to accurately reflect the knowledge and ability of the students who took the examination.The discrimination still needs to be improved.
