目的：分析子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的疗效。方法搜集本院妇产科收治的45例2013年9月～2014年9月间出现产后大出血的患者，随机分为甲组和乙组，甲组给予子宫动脉栓塞治疗，乙组给与子宫动脉结扎治疗，对比治疗效果。结果两组疗效比较，甲组患者治疗总有效率为91.3%（21/23）、一次止血成功率95.7%，高于乙组的81.8%（18/22）、73.9%，且甲组手术时间、术中止血时间及卵巢功能恢复时间短于乙组，差异较大，P＜0.05。结论子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的疗效显著，可以有效对产后大出血患者进行止血，促进患者恢复，临床效果好。
목적：분석자궁동맥전새치료산후대출혈적료효。방법수집본원부산과수치적45례2013년9월～2014년9월간출현산후대출혈적환자，수궤분위갑조화을조，갑조급여자궁동맥전새치료，을조급여자궁동맥결찰치료，대비치료효과。결과량조료효비교，갑조환자치료총유효솔위91.3%（21/23）、일차지혈성공솔95.7%，고우을조적81.8%（18/22）、73.9%，차갑조수술시간、술중지혈시간급란소공능회복시간단우을조，차이교대，P＜0.05。결론자궁동맥전새치료산후대출혈적료효현저，가이유효대산후대출혈환자진행지혈，촉진환자회복，림상효과호。
Objective Uterine artery embolization effect in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is to be studied.Methods Choose 45 patients with postpartum hemorrhage who are treated in Obstetrics Department of hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; patients in Group A are given uterine artery embolization treatment; while patients in Group B are given uterine artery ligation treatment and then make a comparative study on treatment effects between two groups.ResultsPatients’ treatment efifcacy in Group A is up to 91.3% (21/23), one-time hemostasis success rate is 95.7% which are much higher than counterparts of 81.8%(18/22), 73.9% in control group. And in addition, patients’ surgery time, hemostasis time and ovarian function recovery time in Group A are much shorter than those of patients in Group B; there is a great treatment differential between two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion Uterine artery embolization is of efifcacy in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage; it is conducive to stopping patients’ hemorrhage and promoting patients’ recovery with clinical efifcacy.
