目的:探究交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折术后再骨折的临床效果。方法将我院30例胫骨骨折术后再骨折的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各15例。对照组采用钢板内固定,观察组采用交锁髓内钉固定,观察两组的临床效果。结果观察组手术治疗时间(70.12±1.76)min短于对照组的(80.23±2.46)min,且P<0.05;观察组骨质愈合时间(17.35±3.02)周较对照组的(24.12±3.35)周也有明显缩短,且P<0.05;观察组的总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组的(40.00%),且P<0.05。结论交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折术后再骨折不仅能缩短手术时间,且术后患者骨质愈合快,效果显著。

목적:탐구교쇄수내정치료경골골절술후재골절적림상효과。방법장아원30례경골골절술후재골절적환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조각15례。대조조채용강판내고정,관찰조채용교쇄수내정고정,관찰량조적림상효과。결과관찰조수술치료시간(70.12±1.76)min단우대조조적(80.23±2.46)min,차P<0.05;관찰조골질유합시간(17.35±3.02)주교대조조적(24.12±3.35)주야유명현축단,차P<0.05;관찰조적총유효솔(93.33%)고우대조조적(40.00%),차P<0.05。결론교쇄수내정치료경골골절술후재골절불부능축단수술시간,차술후환자골질유합쾌,효과현저。
Objective Inquiry into interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial fracture and fracture effect.Methods 30 cases of tibial fracture and fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group (n=15). The control group USES the steel plate internal ifxation, observation group with interlocking intramedullary nail ifxation, observe the clinical effect of two groups.ResultsThe surgery time 70.12±1.76min observation group was obviously shorter than the control group of 80.23±2.46min, andP<0.05, Observation group of bone healing time is 17.35±3.02 weeks in the control group 24.12±3.35 weeks have significantly shortened, andP<0.05, Observation group the total effective rate of 93.33% to 40.00%, signiifcantly higher than in the control group,P<0.05.ConclusionThe interlocking intramedullary nailing for tibial fracture had not only can effectively shorten the operation time, and postoperative patients with bone healing fast, worth clinical promotion.
