目的：探究艾滋病合并肺结核患者的临床表现特点，提高该类疾病的诊治水平。方法选取来我院住院治疗的AIDS合并肺结核的患者进行回顾性资料分析。结果诊治的78例患者的临床表现分别为胸痛67例，持续发热70例，消瘦62例，咳嗽72例。结论 AIDS合并肺结核患者的临床表现较为复杂，胸部X线多不典型，并且PPD试验多为阴性。
목적：탐구애자병합병폐결핵환자적림상표현특점，제고해류질병적진치수평。방법선취래아원주원치료적AIDS합병폐결핵적환자진행회고성자료분석。결과진치적78례환자적림상표현분별위흉통67례，지속발열70례，소수62례，해수72례。결론 AIDS합병폐결핵환자적림상표현교위복잡，흉부X선다불전형，병차PPD시험다위음성。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with AIDS and improve the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.MethodsTo our hospital patients with pulmonary tuberculosis A IDS data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The clinical manifestations of 78 cases the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chest pain were 67 cases, 70 cases of persistent fever, weight loss and 62 cases, cough, 72 cases.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is more complex, atypical chest X-ray, and PPD test were negative.
