目的:探讨及研究动机性访谈联合跨理论模型干预在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取120例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用动机性访谈联合跨理论模型干预方法,比较两组患者干预前后的糖尿病知识认知程度及治疗效能感水平。结果观察组干预后1个月糖尿病知识认知优良率为85.00%,干预3个月后为95.00%,均高于对照组的60.00%,75.00%,差异有统计学意义( Z值分别为3.462,3.974;P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后1个月及3个月治疗效能感量表评估结果很高率分别为56.67%和75.00%,均高于对照组的33.33%,43.33%,差异有统计学意义(Z值分别为3.081,3.920;P<0.05)。结论动机性访谈联合跨理论模型干预在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果较好,可有效提升患者的疾病认知度及治疗信心,从而达到疾病治疗的目的。

Objective To investigate and study the application effect of motivational interviewing combined with trans-theoretical model intervention in the health education of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected as the research object, and were randomly divided into control group ( routine intervention ) and observation group ( motivational interview combined with trans-theoretical model intervention ) on average, then the diabetes knowledge awareness, treatment efficacy of diabetes in two groups before and after the treatment were respectively analyzed and compared. Results One month after intervention in the observation group, the excellent rate of diabetes knowledgeable awareness climbed to 85%, three months later, reached 95. 00%, higher than 60. 00% and 75. 00% of control group (Z=3. 462, 3. 974;P<0. 05). The efficacy treatment reached 56. 67% and 75. 00%after one and three months intervention in the observation group higher than 33. 33% and 43. 33% of the control group (Z=3. 081, 3. 920;P<0. 05). Conclusions The application effect of motivational interview combined with trans-theoretical model intervention is better to promote the health education of patients with diabetes mellitus, and it can effectively improve the disease awareness and treatment confidence, in order to achieve the goal of disease treatment.
