改革开放以来，我国高校英语专业的开拓者们逐渐在摸索一套相对完整的、又适合中国国情的教学模式。近年来，普通高校英语专业的开设铺天盖地，使初见起色的英语专业又陷入一种尴尬的境地，即：没有特色，人才培养与市场需求脱节。本文主要探讨高校英语专业建设内容改革的迫切性，从而培养符合社会需求的复合型人才。

Since the reform and opening, the pioneers of the English majors in Chinese colleges and universities gradually in grope a set of relatively complete, and is suitable for China's national conditions of teaching mode. In recent years, the average college English major open, make the preliminary improvement of English majors and in an awkward position, namely: no characteristics, talent cultivation and the market demand. This paper mainly discusses the urgency of the reform of university English majors construction content, to cultivate interdisciplinary talents can meet the demand of society.
