民办高校作为我国高等教育事业的补充力量,30年历程中稳步发展。随着时代的发展、科技水平的提高,社会的竞争已逐渐演变成人才的竞争。然而,民办高校的人才管理理念依旧停留在传统的人力资源管理旧观念中,对教师的管理和培养出现了许多问题,导致民办高校在办学过程中遇到诸多困境。为此,本文深入研究民办高校在教师人力资源管理中存在的问题,分析问题存在的原因,并提出相应的改善对策,帮助民办高校完善对教师的人力资源管理。
民辦高校作為我國高等教育事業的補充力量,30年歷程中穩步髮展。隨著時代的髮展、科技水平的提高,社會的競爭已逐漸縯變成人纔的競爭。然而,民辦高校的人纔管理理唸依舊停留在傳統的人力資源管理舊觀唸中,對教師的管理和培養齣現瞭許多問題,導緻民辦高校在辦學過程中遇到諸多睏境。為此,本文深入研究民辦高校在教師人力資源管理中存在的問題,分析問題存在的原因,併提齣相應的改善對策,幫助民辦高校完善對教師的人力資源管理。

Private colleges, as a supplement power for the cause of higher education in our country, get steady development during 30 years. With the development of The Times and the improvement of science and technology level, social competition has gradually evolved into the talent competition. However, the talent management concept still stays in the traditional old ideas of human resource management in private colleges. The management of teachers gets a lot of problems, which leads private colleges to many difficulties. To this end, the paper study the problems of human resource management about teacher in private colleges, and analyze the reasons of the existence of problems, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, in order to help private colleges to perfect human resource management for teachers.
