我国目前处于向现代农业转型的关键时刻，急切需要高素质的新型职业农民。本文首先分析了造成当前职业农民素质低下的原因，随后从整体思路上分析了新型职业农民的素质培养问题，最后又分别从文化素质、政治素质、思想道德素质、科技素质和经营管理素质等方面对提高职业农民素质提出了具体的对策建议。

China is in a critical transformation period from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and the urgent need for a new type of high-quality professional farmers. This paper analyzes the causes of the current occupation of farmers low quality reasons, then put the whole idea of the new professional quality training of farmers, and finally were to improve farmers' political and cultural qualities, technological, ideological and moral qualities and management quality made concrete measures.
