数学建模教育为培养应用型创新型的金融人才提供了有效途径。开展数学建模教育有助于提高学生应用数学的素质以及学习数学的兴趣;有助于培养学生的科研创新能力;有助于提升学生的综合素质。将数学知识与金融专业知识相融合、开设金融建模与编程选修课、组织学生参加建模竞赛,是地方金融类院校开展数学建模教育的重要措施。

Mathematical modeling education has provided an effective way for the cultivation of applied and creative financial talents. It is of great help in arousing students’ interest in learning maths, in improving their ability to put it into practical use and to do scientific research, and in raising their comprehensive qualities. Currently there are several measures many local financial universities and coleges have taken to promote mathematical modeling education, including the combination of maths and finance, the establishment of financial modeling and selective programming courses, and the organization of students to take part in mathematical modeling competition.
