目的：探讨妇科病房实施护理风险管理的效果。方法：选择妇科实施护理风险管理患者150例作为观察组，未实施护理风险管理前的患者150例作为对照组，比较其对护理人员评价、护理满意度以及风险事件发生率。结果：观察组对护理人员评价较未开展前显著提高，其护理满意度为96%，明显高于对照组(p<0.05)，且风险事件发生率仅为6.67%明显低于未实施护理风险管理的对照组(p<0.05)。结论：护理风险管理能有效提高妇科病房护理服务质量，降低护理风险事件发生。

목적：탐토부과병방실시호리풍험관리적효과。방법：선택부과실시호리풍험관리환자150례작위관찰조，미실시호리풍험관리전적환자150례작위대조조，비교기대호리인원평개、호리만의도이급풍험사건발생솔。결과：관찰조대호리인원평개교미개전전현저제고，기호리만의도위96%，명현고우대조조(p<0.05)，차풍험사건발생솔부위6.67%명현저우미실시호리풍험관리적대조조(p<0.05)。결론：호리풍험관리능유효제고부과병방호리복무질량，강저호리풍험사건발생。
Objective: to investigate the effect of gynecological ward nursing risk management. Method: choose 150 patients with gynecological nursing risk management as observation group, before implementation of nursing risk management of patients with 150 cases as control group, compare the incidence of nursing staff, nursing satisfaction evaluation and risk events. Results: observation group for evaluation of nursing staff is not significantly increased before the nursing satisfaction was 96%, significantly higher than the control group (p < 0.05), and a significantly lower risk event rate is only 6.67% did not implement nursing risk management in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the nursing risk management can effectively improve the quality of hospital nursing service of department of gynaecology, reduce nursing risk events occur.
