荀子是我国先秦儒家代表之一，被后世奉为中国礼法传统的奠基人。其礼法思想以“性恶论”为人性基础，以“礼法”为核心范畴，强调道德修养与政治地位的对应。荀子礼法思想重视人性，重视礼法制度的价值追求，重视道德在政治生活中的作用，可以为思想政治教育带来有益的启示。

순자시아국선진유가대표지일，피후세봉위중국례법전통적전기인。기례법사상이“성악론”위인성기출，이“례법”위핵심범주，강조도덕수양여정치지위적대응。순자례법사상중시인성，중시례법제도적개치추구，중시도덕재정치생활중적작용，가이위사상정치교육대래유익적계시。
Xunzi is one of the pre-Qin Confucian representative in our country, by later generations as the founder of the Chinese legal tradition. Its legal thoughts in "of" evil human nature "as the foundation of human nature," Confucianism "as the core category, emphasize moral accomplishment and the corresponding political position.
