目的：探讨手术室输液排空后运用调节器排气法的效果。方法：将70例输液排空的患者随机分为研究组与对照组，每组35例。研究组给予调节器排气法；对照组给予缠绕排气法，记录两组患者排气时间、一次排气成功率、护理人员对自身工作满意度及医生对护理工作满意度，给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果：研究组排气所需时间显著少于对照组；研究组一次排气成功率高达100.00%，显著高于对照组一次排气成功率80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组护理人员对自身工作效率的满意度及医生对护理工作满意度均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：手术室输液排空后采用调节器排气法可获得满意的气体排空效果，保障患者术中顺利给药，使其获得良好手术效果，提高医护满意度及患者疗效。
목적：탐토수술실수액배공후운용조절기배기법적효과。방법：장70례수액배공적환자수궤분위연구조여대조조，매조35례。연구조급여조절기배기법；대조조급여전요배기법，기록량조환자배기시간、일차배기성공솔、호리인원대자신공작만의도급의생대호리공작만의도，급여통계학분석후득출결론。결과：연구조배기소수시간현저소우대조조；연구조일차배기성공솔고체100.00%，현저고우대조조일차배기성공솔80.00%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；연구조호리인원대자신공작효솔적만의도급의생대호리공작만의도균현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론：수술실수액배공후채용조절기배기법가획득만의적기체배공효과，보장환자술중순리급약，사기획득량호수술효과，제고의호만의도급환자료효。
objective To explore the operating room infusion after emptying the effect of using the method of regulator and ex-haust. Method 70 cases of infusion emptying were randomly divided into team group and control group,35 cases in each group. The team group given regulator exhaust method;Control group given winding vent method,record the success rate of two groups of patients,an exhaust exhaust time,nursing staff about their job satisfaction and doctors to nursing job satisfaction,to come to the conclusion after statistical analy-sis. Results The team group needed by the exhaust time which was significantly less than the control group;Team a exhaust the success rate was as high as 100. 00%,which was significantly higher than control group in a exhaust the success rate of 80. 00%(P<0. 05);Team satis-faction of nursing staff in their work efficiency and doctors to nursing job satisfaction were significantly higher than that of control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion Operating room infusion after emptying the regulator exhaust method can obtain satisfactory result of gas emptying,ensure the smooth delivery patients who make it obtain good operation effect,improve medical satisfaction and patient curative effect.
