目的：评估促进有效咳痰在胸外科实施的方法与效果。方法：选择胸外科患者146例为观察组，在传统的一般常规护理基础上进行促进有效咯痰的护理，与既往应用常规护理的胸外科患者90例为对照组，进行效果比较。结果：观察组肺部感染的发生率为3.42%，显著低于对照组的26.66%。在观察组中无一例发生肺不张、吻合口瘘；而对照组中有3例发生肺不张、3例发生吻合口瘘。在观察组中胸腔积液的发生率为2.74%，明显低于对照组的11.11%。结论：对胸外科患者采取促进有效咯痰，可以明显减少肺炎、肺不张、吻合口瘘、胸腔积液等并发症的发生，具有很好的临床价值，值得推广。

목적：평고촉진유효해담재흉외과실시적방법여효과。방법：선택흉외과환자146례위관찰조，재전통적일반상규호리기출상진행촉진유효각담적호리，여기왕응용상규호리적흉외과환자90례위대조조，진행효과비교。결과：관찰조폐부감염적발생솔위3.42%，현저저우대조조적26.66%。재관찰조중무일례발생폐불장、문합구루；이대조조중유3례발생폐불장、3례발생문합구루。재관찰조중흉강적액적발생솔위2.74%，명현저우대조조적11.11%。결론：대흉외과환자채취촉진유효각담，가이명현감소폐염、폐불장、문합구루、흉강적액등병발증적발생，구유흔호적림상개치，치득추엄。
objective Assessment to promote effective expectoration in the implementation and effect of Thoracic Surgery. Method Select 146 patients of thoracic surgery were selected as the observation group with general routine care on the basis of promoting effective expectora-tion of care,90 patients with previous thoracic surgery with conventional care for the control group,the effect of comparison. Results The inci-dence of lung infections in the observation group was 3. 42%,which was significantly lower than the 26. 66% of the control group. Atelectasis no case in the observation group,anastomotic leakage;while the control group in three cases of atelectasis,anastomotic leakage occurred in three cases. Pleural effusion occurred in the observation group was 2. 74%,which was significantly lower than the 11. 11% of the control group. Conclusion Taken to promote effective expectoration for thoracic surgery patients can significantly reduce pneumonia,atelectasis,anas-tomotic leakage,the occurrence of complications such as pleural effusion,with good clinical value,worthy of promotion.
