目的：分析肾实质占位的CT及MRI表现特征，以提高对良恶性肿块的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析43例经手术病理证实的肾实质占位患者的临床资料及CT、MRI表现特点。结果影像诊断与病理不符合12例，误诊率27.9%。结论部分肾实质占位的良恶性鉴别困难，尤其是肾细胞癌和少脂肪型血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断容易混淆，仔细分析CT和MRI征象有助于鉴别。
목적：분석신실질점위적CT급MRI표현특정，이제고대량악성종괴적진단수평。방법회고성분석43례경수술병리증실적신실질점위환자적림상자료급CT、MRI표현특점。결과영상진단여병리불부합12례，오진솔27.9%。결론부분신실질점위적량악성감별곤난，우기시신세포암화소지방형혈관평활기지방류적진단용역혼효，자세분석CT화MRI정상유조우감별。
Objective To explore the CT and MRI features of renal parenchyma masses so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods The clinical data and the CT and MRI manifestations of Forty-three pathologically-proven renal parenchyma masses were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsImaging and pathologic diagnosis is not conformity with the 12 case, the misdiagnosis rate was 27.9%.Conclusion Differential diagnosis of the renal parenchyma masses may be difficult owing to the atypical manifestations, especially between angiomyolipoma with minimal fat (AMLmf) and renal cell carcinoma (RCC), the CT and MRI performances of renal parenchyma masses are valuable for the differentiation.
