目的：分析糖尿病心肌梗死患者的临床特点，探讨全面的护理措施。方法：选取30例糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者和32例非糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者，观察比较两组患者的临床特点、并发症及死亡率。结果：两组患者的临床特点、并发症、死亡率及死亡原因的差异均具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：根据糖尿病心肌梗死患者的特点，采取针对性的护理措施，可有效改善患者预后。
목적：분석당뇨병심기경사환자적림상특점，탐토전면적호리조시。방법：선취30례당뇨병합병급성심기경사환자화32례비당뇨병합병심기경사환자，관찰비교량조환자적림상특점、병발증급사망솔。결과：량조환자적림상특점、병발증、사망솔급사망원인적차이균구유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론：근거당뇨병심기경사환자적특점，채취침대성적호리조시，가유효개선환자예후。
objective To summarize the clinical features of diabetic patients with myocardial infarction,explore the comprehensive nursing measures. Method 30 cases of diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction and 32 cases of non-diabetic patients with myocardial in-farction were selected. Then we observed the clinical features,complications and mortality between the two groups. Results All of the clinical characteristics,complications and mortality were significantly different between the two groups ( P<0. 05). Conclusion According to the clini-cal features of diabetic patients with myocardial infarction,taking appropriate nursing measures can effectively improve patient prognosis.
