目的：探究临床尿常规检验所受的影响因素以及相应措施。方法分析尿常规检验的收集前、运送保管以及尿液分析仪使用中的相关影响因素，并提出应对措施。结果尿常规检验的标本在采集前、采集中和采集后的所有操作必须规范，注意和患者的良好沟通，在采集之后给予良好的运输、贮存，正确使用仪器，保证规范操作，减少临床误差的出现。结论经分析发现影响尿常规检查的因素有标本收集前、运送保管以及分析中等，因此要对检验前后的所有环节都认真按照规章制度进行控制，加强人员培训，提高检验的准确率。
목적：탐구림상뇨상규검험소수적영향인소이급상응조시。방법분석뇨상규검험적수집전、운송보관이급뇨액분석의사용중적상관영향인소，병제출응대조시。결과뇨상규검험적표본재채집전、채집중화채집후적소유조작필수규범，주의화환자적량호구통，재채집지후급여량호적운수、저존，정학사용의기，보증규범조작，감소림상오차적출현。결론경분석발현영향뇨상규검사적인소유표본수집전、운송보관이급분석중등，인차요대검험전후적소유배절도인진안조규장제도진행공제，가강인원배훈，제고검험적준학솔。
Objective To explore factors affecting routine urine test and relevant measures to deal with them.MethodsMake a study on factors affecting routine urine test before its collection, storage and transport and factors relevant to urine analyzer usage, and then put forward measure to deal with them.ResultsSpecimen for routine urine test are required to be operated normally before collection, during collection and after collection, and it is suggested to pay attention to favorable interaction with patients and have a good transport and storage of specimen after its collection, besides, test instruments should be utilized correctly in order to reduce misdiagnosis incidence.Conclusion It concludes that factors affecting routine urine test mostly exist before specimen collection, during its transport, storage and analysis. Therefore, it is required to control every test procedure strictly according to regulations and enhance programmers’ training in order to increase test accuracy.
