目的：探讨健康教育对社区高血压患者血压控制效果的影响。方法：选择92例社区高血压患者作为研究对象，所有患者均给予常规降压药物治疗，在此基础上给予健康教育干预，观察干预前后患者的血压控制效果。结果：干预后患者的SBP和DBP均较干预前有明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），干预后患者的血压得到了有效控制。结论：健康教育干预能够有效控制社区高血压患者的血压水平。
목적：탐토건강교육대사구고혈압환자혈압공제효과적영향。방법：선택92례사구고혈압환자작위연구대상，소유환자균급여상규강압약물치료，재차기출상급여건강교육간예，관찰간예전후환자적혈압공제효과。결과：간예후환자적SBP화DBP균교간예전유명현하강，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），간예후환자적혈압득도료유효공제。결론：건강교육간예능구유효공제사구고혈압환자적혈압수평。
objective To explore the influence of health education on the controlling effect of hypertension in community. Method 92 ca-ses of hypertension in our community selected as the study object,all cases were given conventional antihypertensive drug treatment,and given health education intervention,blood pressure controlling situation before and after the intervention was observed. Results After intervention, the SBP and DBP of all cases were decreased significantly compared with before,there was significant difference between the groups (P<0. 05),patient's blood pressure had been effectively controlled after the intervention. Conclusion Health education intervention can control blood pressure level effectively in patients with hypertension in community.
