目的：探究糖尿病人早期肾损伤诊断中微量白蛋白和尿糖联合检验的诊断价值。方法选取糖尿病患者78例作为研究组，健康志愿者78例为对照组，两组均采用尿微量白蛋白和尿糖联合检验。结果研究组患者尿糖值和尿微量白蛋白值均高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义；两组患者阳性检出率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病患者早期肾损伤采用尿微量白蛋白和尿糖联合检验，阳性检出率高，诊断价值良好。
목적：탐구당뇨병인조기신손상진단중미량백단백화뇨당연합검험적진단개치。방법선취당뇨병환자78례작위연구조，건강지원자78례위대조조，량조균채용뇨미량백단백화뇨당연합검험。결과연구조환자뇨당치화뇨미량백단백치균고우대조조（P＜0.05），차이유통계학의의；량조환자양성검출솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론당뇨병환자조기신손상채용뇨미량백단백화뇨당연합검험，양성검출솔고，진단개치량호。
Objective To explore the early diagnosis of renal injury in diabetes micro albumin and urine joint inspection diagnosis value.Methods Selected 78 cases of diabetic patients as study group,78 healthy volunteers as control group,two groups use the urine micro albumin and urine joint inspection.ResultsThe study group of patients with glucose in urine and urinary albumin were higher than the control group (P<0.05),the difference was statistically signiifcant, the two groups of patients with positive rate had a signiifcant difference (P<0.05). ConclusionDiabetic patients with early renal injury by urine micro albumin and urine joint inspection, high positive rate, good diagnostic value.
