史学界历来视康熙研究为重点，但并未对“康熙评价”问题予以关注，“康熙评价”问题是新中国史学史研究的范畴。新中国成立以来，学界有关康熙的评价经历了实事求是地论争、法家形象的代表和微观研究基础上的再评价三个阶段，在不同的时代背景下，对其评价和研究赋予了不同的意义，充分展示了新中国史学研究的发展历史。

Though study on Kang Xi has always been a key area of historical study, the problem of"Kang Xi Evaluation"has never got enough concern.The issue of“Kang Xi Evaluation”falls in the scope of the study of history of historical studies in the period of People’ s Republic of China.Since the establishment of Peo-ple’ s Republic of China, research on Kang Xi among the historian circle has gone through three stages:see-king truth from facts and debates, acting as the representative image of legalist school and re-evaluating on the basis of microcosmic research.Kang Xi evaluation and study was endowed with different meaning at dif-ferent historical stage, displaying the development course of the historical studies in the PRC period.
