随着素质教育在全国大范围的推行并应用，我国大学体育课程也发生了较大的变化，在“健康先行、终身体育、素质教育”指导思想的带领下，推动了全国普通高校体育教学模式改革的进程，创新出多样化的大学体育教育形式，同时，大学体育课程的改革方向也受到高校体育部门的广泛关注与重视。因此，本文就独立学院体院课程：前进的脚印和未来的目标进行了分析与研究，并提出建议。
