目的：探讨切开挂线对口引流术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法选择攀枝花市攀钢总医院密地院区2013年1月—2014年1月收治的90例肛周脓肿患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例。观察组组采用切开挂线对口引流术治疗，对照组采用切开引流术治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、并发症以及创面愈合时间。结果观察组痊愈率为86.7%，高于对照组的66.7%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.03，P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为4.4%，低于对照组的17.8%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.05，P<0.05）；观察组患者的创面愈合时间为（19.1±1.6）d，对照组为（22.6±2.0）d，两组创面愈合时间比较，差异有统计学意义（t=9.17，P<0.05）。结论切开挂线对口引流术治疗肛周脓肿临床效果满意，安全可靠，能够促进患者的康复，可以作为临床的优选治疗方案。

목적：탐토절개괘선대구인류술치료항주농종적림상료효。방법선택반지화시반강총의원밀지원구2013년1월—2014년1월수치적90례항주농종환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각45례。관찰조조채용절개괘선대구인류술치료，대조조채용절개인류술치료，비교량조적림상료효、병발증이급창면유합시간。결과관찰조전유솔위86.7%，고우대조조적66.7%，차이유통계학의의（χ2=5.03，P<0.05）；관찰조병발증발생솔위4.4%，저우대조조적17.8%，차이유통계학의의（χ2=4.05，P<0.05）；관찰조환자적창면유합시간위（19.1±1.6）d，대조조위（22.6±2.0）d，량조창면유합시간비교，차이유통계학의의（t=9.17，P<0.05）。결론절개괘선대구인류술치료항주농종림상효과만의，안전가고，능구촉진환자적강복，가이작위림상적우선치료방안。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of incision and double thread -drawing drainage in the treatment of perianal abscess. Methods In Midi Branch of Panzhihua Steel General Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,90 patients with perianal abscess were chosen,according to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with incision and double thread-draw-ing drainage,the control group was treated with incision and drainage,the clinical efficacy,complications and wound healing time between the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 86. 7%,which was higher than 66. 7% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 5. 03,P<0. 05);the complications rate of the observation group was 4. 4%,which was lower than 17. 8% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4. 05,P<0. 05). The wound healing time of the observation group was(19. 1 ± 1. 6)d,the control group was(22. 6 ±2. 0)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=9. 17,P<0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of incision and double thread-drawing drainage is satisfied in the treatment of perianal abscess,its safe and reliable,can promote the rehabili-tation of the patients,can be used as the preferred treatment in clinical treatment.
