目的:根据MSCT测量国人气管与主支气管内径,建立正常的参照标准,为支架的设计提供参考。方法随机抽取174例行胸部MSCT检查结果无异常的图像资料为研究对象,测定气管内径,左、右主支气管内径。结果男性、女性气管横径分别为(21.48±2.33) mm和(16.59±2.27)mm,气管矢状径分别为(21.55±2.35)mm和(17.08±2.59)mm,左主支气管内径分别为(11.17±1.64)mm和(9.18±0.94)mm,右主支气管内径分别为(12.96±1.85)mm和(10.85±1.24)mm。结论国人气管、支气管内径较欧美人群偏小,个体差异较大。

목적:근거MSCT측량국인기관여주지기관내경,건립정상적삼조표준,위지가적설계제공삼고。방법수궤추취174례행흉부MSCT검사결과무이상적도상자료위연구대상,측정기관내경,좌、우주지기관내경。결과남성、녀성기관횡경분별위(21.48±2.33) mm화(16.59±2.27)mm,기관시상경분별위(21.55±2.35)mm화(17.08±2.59)mm,좌주지기관내경분별위(11.17±1.64)mm화(9.18±0.94)mm,우주지기관내경분별위(12.96±1.85)mm화(10.85±1.24)mm。결론국인기관、지기관내경교구미인군편소,개체차이교대。
Objective To analyze the airway diameter of Chinese with spiral CT, provides the reference for the stent design.Methods Draw off 174 chest CT inspection results at random which does not have the unusual image material, determines the tracheal inside diameter, the left and right main bronchial inside diameter.Results In male group and female group the tracheal transverse diameter is (21.48±2.33) mm and (21.48±2.33) mm, the tracheal sagittal diameter is (21.55±2.35)mm and (17.08±2.59)mm, the left main bronchial diameter is (11.17±1.64)mm and (9.18±0.94)mm, the right main bronchial diameter is (12.96±1.85)mm and (10.85±1.24)mm. ConclusionThe diameter of human airway is shorter than the west crowd, there was variation in tracheal and bronchial diameter among individuals.
