Urban new prevention and health care service mode is a new medical mode appeared in our city, it has brought new vitality to improve immunity of residents as well as to promote the quality of health care work, therefore, such a mode has obvious social and economic benefits. This thesis has an introduction to traditional problems of prevention and health care service, besides, it makes a summary of effective measures correspondent to urban new prevention and health care service mode.
