目的:探讨硫辛酸对烧伤兔应激期保护作用。方法选取新西兰大耳白兔20只,随机分为1组与2组,各10只。1组烧伤后不予以药物治疗,2组烧伤后予以硫辛酸治疗。观察两组烧伤前1d、烧伤后第1、3、5、7天血浆内毒素水平、细菌检测结果及烧伤前1d,烧伤后第3、5天血浆丙二醛( MDA)水平。结果烧伤前1d、烧伤后第1、7天两组血浆内毒素水平比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),烧伤后第3、5天2组血浆内毒素水平低于1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);烧伤前1d两组血浆MDA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),烧伤后第3、5天2组血浆MDA水平低于1组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);烧伤前1d、烧伤后第1、7天两组细菌检测阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),烧伤后第3、5天2组细菌检测阳性率低于1组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸治疗烧伤兔应激期的疗效显著,能有效控制氧自由基产生,减少脂质过氧化,降低血浆内毒素水平及器官组织损伤。

목적:탐토류신산대소상토응격기보호작용。방법선취신서란대이백토20지,수궤분위1조여2조,각10지。1조소상후불여이약물치료,2조소상후여이류신산치료。관찰량조소상전1d、소상후제1、3、5、7천혈장내독소수평、세균검측결과급소상전1d,소상후제3、5천혈장병이철( MDA)수평。결과소상전1d、소상후제1、7천량조혈장내독소수평비교,차이무통계학의의( P>0.05),소상후제3、5천2조혈장내독소수평저우1조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);소상전1d량조혈장MDA수평비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),소상후제3、5천2조혈장MDA수평저우1조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);소상전1d、소상후제1、7천량조세균검측양성솔비교,차이무통계학의의( P>0.05),소상후제3、5천2조세균검측양성솔저우1조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론류신산치료소상토응격기적료효현저,능유효공제양자유기산생,감소지질과양화,강저혈장내독소수평급기관조직손상。
Objective To study the protective effect of thioctic acid in burned rabbit stress period. Methods A to-tal of 20 New Zealand big-ear white rabbits were selected and randomly divided into A group and B group,each of 10 rabbits. A group did not receive any drug treatment after burn,B group received thioctic acid after burn. Plasma endotoxin level and bacteria test results 1 day before burn,on the first,third,fifth,seventh day of burn,plasma malondialdehyde( MDA) level 1 day before burn,on the third,fifth day of burn were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences of plasma endotoxin level or bacteria positive detection rate 1 day before burn,on the seventh day of burn was found between the two groups(P>0. 05);plasma endotoxin level and bacteria positive detection rate on the third,fifth day of burn of B group were statistically significantly lower than those of A group,respectively(P<0. 05). No statistically significant differ-ences of plasma MDA level 1 day before burn was found between the two groups( P>0. 05);plasma MDA level on the third, fifth day of burn of B group was statistically significantly lower than those of A group,respectively(P<0. 05). Conclusion Thioctic acid has a notable curative effect on burned rabbit stress period,can effectively control the production of oxygen free radical,reduce lipid peroxidation,plasma endotoxin level and organ damage.
