目的：探讨舒适护理干预对纤维支气管镜下介入治疗肺结核临床效果的影响。方法选取2013年3月-2014年6月使用纤维支气管镜下进行介入治疗的肺结核患者106例，随机分为对照组和研究组，其中对照组采用一般护理方法，研究组采用舒适护理干预，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和并发症情况。结果研究组患者在手术后的痰菌转阴、空洞闭合或缩小及病灶吸收情况均优于对照组（ P<0.05）；研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论舒适护理能够有效的提高纤维支气管镜下介入治疗肺结核临床效果，减少患者并发症的发病率，有效帮助患者完成手术，减少患者的痛苦，提高患者的治疗体验，值得在临床上进行推广。
목적：탐토서괄호리간예대섬유지기관경하개입치료폐결핵림상효과적영향。방법선취2013년3월-2014년6월사용섬유지기관경하진행개입치료적폐결핵환자106례，수궤분위대조조화연구조，기중대조조채용일반호리방법，연구조채용서괄호리간예，비교량조환자적림상치료효과화병발증정황。결과연구조환자재수술후적담균전음、공동폐합혹축소급병조흡수정황균우우대조조（ P<0.05）；연구조환자병발증발생솔명현저우대조조（ P<0.05）。결론서괄호리능구유효적제고섬유지기관경하개입치료폐결핵림상효과，감소환자병발증적발병솔，유효방조환자완성수술，감소환자적통고，제고환자적치료체험，치득재림상상진행추엄。
Objective:To explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on the treatment of pulmonary tuberculo-sis by fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods:106 pulmonary tuberculosis patients from March 2013 to June 2014 in the use of fiberoptic bronchoscopy were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with the control group treated by general nursing method and the research group received comfort nursing intervention,and two groups of patients were com-pared in clinical therapeutic effect and complications. Results:The sputum negative conversion,postoperative cavity clo-sure or reduction and absorption of lesions were better in the study group than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0. 05);the total incidence rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0. 05). Conclu-sion:The clinical effect of comfortable nursing intervention can effectively improve the pulmonary tuberculosis by fiberoptic bronchoscopy,reduce the incidence of complications in patients,help patients to complete the operation,reduce the suffer-ing of patients,and improve the experience of patients with treatment,which is worth of clinical promotion.
