目的：分析与比较经阴道彩超与宫腔镜在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的效果。方法对69例疑似患有子宫内膜息肉的患者给予宫腔镜检查（实验组）与经阴道彩超检查（对照组），将其检查结果与病理组织检查结果相比。结果经病理组织检查，69例均确诊为子宫内膜息肉；实验组子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率（92.75%）与对照组的诊断准确率（81.16%）相比，存在显著性的差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在临床子宫内膜息肉疾病的诊断上，经阴道彩超是一种无创伤检查手段，对这一疾病的诊断有一定的应用价值，但相对于宫腔镜检查而言，其诊断准确率较低，可将其用于最初的筛查；宫腔镜是诊断该疾病的一种有效手段，诊断准确率高，值得大力推广。

Objective:Analysis and comparison of transvaginal sonography and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endome-trial polyp disease effect. Methods:Given the hysteroscopy in 69 patients with suspected uterine endometrial polyps( experi-mental group)and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination( control group),and the test results compared with the histopathologic results. Results:The pathological examination,69 cases were diagnosed as endometrial polyps;diagno-sis accurate rate of the experimental group of uterine endometrial polyps(92. 75%)the accurate rate of diagnosis and con-trol group(81. 16%)compared,there were significant differences,with statistical significance(P<0. 05). Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of endometrial polyp disease,transvaginal ultrasound is a non-invasive examination means,have certain application value in diagnosis of this disease,but compared with hysteroscopy,its accuracy is low,which can be used for the initial screening;hysteroscopy is an effective means to the diagnosis of the disease,high accuracy rate of diag-nosis,it is worth to popularize.
