目的：减少门诊药房调配差错，提高医院药品管理水平。方法引入《美国医疗机构评审国际联合委员会医院评审标准》（下简称JCI标准），在药品调配管理中实施PDCA循环。采用卡方检验，对PDCA循环管理前后门诊药房调配差错进行比较。结果门诊处方调配差错明显降低，具有统计学差异。结论基于JCI标准，PDCA 循环模式管理是提高调配质量，降低处方调剂差错的有效管理方法。

목적：감소문진약방조배차착，제고의원약품관리수평。방법인입《미국의료궤구평심국제연합위원회의원평심표준》（하간칭JCI표준），재약품조배관리중실시PDCA순배。채용잡방검험，대PDCA순배관리전후문진약방조배차착진행비교。결과문진처방조배차착명현강저，구유통계학차이。결론기우JCI표준，PDCA 순배모식관리시제고조배질량，강저처방조제차착적유효관리방법。
Objective:To reduce drug dispensing error of outpatient pharmacy and improve pharmaceutical quality man-agement in hospitals. Methods:Joint Commission International Accreditation Standards for Hospitals( JCI standards in short)was introduced,and the PDCA circulation was carried out in the quality of drug dispensing. The change of drug dis-pensing error was assessed by Chi-square test. Result:Outpatient prescription dispensing error was decreased obviously. There were significant differences statistically in comparison between the two groups before and after PDCA intervention( P<0. 05). Conclusion:Based on JCI standards,the mode of PDCA circulation management is an effective management method to improve the quality of drug dispensing and reduce prescription dispensing errors.
