目的：探讨陈旧性宫颈裂伤修复术的临床意义。方法分析泰山医学院附属医院自2005年1月至2012年10月单纯行宫颈裂伤修复术的58例临床资料。结果行宫颈裂伤修复术后患者的临床表现明显改善（ P<0.05），无1例并发症发生。结论应重视陈旧性宫颈裂伤的正确诊断，行宫颈裂伤修复术创伤小，临床效果显著。
목적：탐토진구성궁경렬상수복술적림상의의。방법분석태산의학원부속의원자2005년1월지2012년10월단순행궁경렬상수복술적58례림상자료。결과행궁경렬상수복술후환자적림상표현명현개선（ P<0.05），무1례병발증발생。결론응중시진구성궁경렬상적정학진단，행궁경렬상수복술창상소，림상효과현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of repair of laceration of cervix. Methods:A retrospective study of 58 clinical cases of simple repair of laceration of cervix in the gynecology department of Affiliated Hospital of Tais-han Medical College from January 2005 to October 2012. Results:All operations were successful without complication. Clinical manifestations of these patients were improved significantly after operation( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion:Attention should be paid to making exact diagnosis. Repair of laceration of cervix is less invasive and has significant clinical effect.
