随着我国英语教育教学改革步伐的不断加快,各地区对英语教师的培养也提出了更高的要求。本文根据地域特点及英语教师培养的总体发展历程,围绕培养“多元——复合型”英语教师这一目标,就如何准确结合地域特点,优化复合型英语教师培养环境,创新复合型英语教师培养模式,规范复合型英语教师管理等方面论述了培养“多元——复合型”英语教师所做的尝试与思考。
