目的：分析子宫肌瘤行米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法：随机选取诊治的子宫肌瘤患者112例，按照不同治疗方式分成两组，对照组56例患者予单药米非司酮治疗，研究组56例患者予米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗，观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效，相关有效性指标改善及不良反应发生率。结果：研究组临床总有效率92.85%比对照组76.79%高，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后各项有效性指标均较治疗前有所改善，研究组改善情况更为显著，且与对照组治疗后比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）；研究组不良反应总发生率7.14%与对照组10.71%比较，未见显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：子宫肌瘤行米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗的临床疗效肯定，且无严重不良反应症状发生，具有临床实际应用价值。
목적：분석자궁기류행미비사동연합계지복령효낭치료적림상료효。방법：수궤선취진치적자궁기류환자112례，안조불동치료방식분성량조，대조조56례환자여단약미비사동치료，연구조56례환자여미비사동연합계지복령효낭치료，관찰병비교량조환자적림상료효，상관유효성지표개선급불량반응발생솔。결과：연구조림상총유효솔92.85%비대조조76.79%고，차이구통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조치료후각항유효성지표균교치료전유소개선，연구조개선정황경위현저，차여대조조치료후비교，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）；연구조불량반응총발생솔7.14%여대조조10.71%비교，미견현저차이（P＞0.05）。결론：자궁기류행미비사동연합계지복령효낭치료적림상료효긍정，차무엄중불량반응증상발생，구유림상실제응용개치。
objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling ( Cassia Stem and Poria Cocos)Capsule in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Method The data of 112 patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly selected who received treat-ment. Then these patients,according to the different treatment methods,were divided into two groups. The 56 patients in the control group were treated with Mifepristone only,whereas patients in the study group were given Mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling Capsule. The clinical efficacy,improvement on incidence of related effective indexes and adverse reaction of two groups of patients were observed and com-pared. Results The total clinical efficiency of the study group was 92. 85%,higher than that of the control group,which was 76. 79%,with sta-tistical significance. Each effective index of both the two groups after treatment were improved than before the treatment,and the improvement of patients in the study group was more obvious,and compared with that of the control group after treatment,there was statistically significant difference between two groups( P<0. 05,P<0. 01). The total incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was 7. 14%,and that of pa-tients in the control group was 10. 71%,showing no significant difference(P>0. 05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling Capsule is of clinical efficacy in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,without serious symptoms of adverse reaction. Therefore,it is of practical value in clinical application.
