大学生是祖国社会主义事业的接班人，大学生党员更是这个队伍中的中坚力量，健全大学生党建制度，完善大学生党员培养模式已经成为当前高校党务工作的重中之重。文章基于这一背景，阐述了师生党支部共建的重要意义，目前我院基层党建工作开展情况以及取得的效果和收获，探讨如何加强高校基层党建的对策。
大學生是祖國社會主義事業的接班人，大學生黨員更是這箇隊伍中的中堅力量，健全大學生黨建製度，完善大學生黨員培養模式已經成為噹前高校黨務工作的重中之重。文章基于這一揹景，闡述瞭師生黨支部共建的重要意義，目前我院基層黨建工作開展情況以及取得的效果和收穫，探討如何加彊高校基層黨建的對策。
대학생시조국사회주의사업적접반인，대학생당원경시저개대오중적중견역량，건전대학생당건제도，완선대학생당원배양모식이경성위당전고교당무공작적중중지중。문장기우저일배경，천술료사생당지부공건적중요의의，목전아원기층당건공작개전정황이급취득적효과화수획，탐토여하가강고교기층당건적대책。
College students are the successors to the cause of socialism, but also is one of the backbone of the party members among college students, improve the system of college students' party construction, improve the cultivation model party members among college students has become the current university party priority. Based on this background, this paper expounds the significance of teachers and students’ party branch building, at present our grass-roots party construction work to carry out the situation and the effect and harvest, explore the countermeasures how to strengthen the grass-roots party construction in colleges and universities.
