目的：探讨介入化疗栓塞联合免疫综合治疗在晚期肾癌中的应用效果。方法选取2008年1月—2009年1月邛崃市医疗中心医院收治的晚期肾癌患者84例，根据治疗方法不同将患者分为观察组与对照组，各42例。对照组患者予以单纯动脉栓塞治疗，观察组患者予以介入化疗栓塞联合免疫综合治疗。观察两组患者的出血量、手术时间及1、3、5年的生存情况。结果两组患者出血量及手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）；两组患者1年生存率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05），观察组患者3、5年生存率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论介入化疗栓塞联合免疫综合治疗在晚期肾癌中应用效果显著，可延长患者的生存时间。
목적：탐토개입화료전새연합면역종합치료재만기신암중적응용효과。방법선취2008년1월—2009년1월공래시의료중심의원수치적만기신암환자84례，근거치료방법불동장환자분위관찰조여대조조，각42례。대조조환자여이단순동맥전새치료，관찰조환자여이개입화료전새연합면역종합치료。관찰량조환자적출혈량、수술시간급1、3、5년적생존정황。결과량조환자출혈량급수술시간비교，차이무통계학의의（ P>0.05）；량조환자1년생존솔비교，차이무통계학의의（ P>0.05），관찰조환자3、5년생존솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론개입화료전새연합면역종합치료재만기신암중응용효과현저，가연장환자적생존시간。
Objective To explore the application effect of the intervention chemoembolization and immune compre-hensive therapy in treating advanced renal cell carcinoma. Methods A total of 84 patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma were selected in the Medical Central Hospital of Qionglai from January 2008 to January 2009. According to the treatment meth-ods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,each group of 42 cases. Control group were given artery embolization therapy,observation group were given intervention chemoembolization and immune comprehensive therapy. The bleeding amount,operation time,and survival situation of 1,3,5 years between the two groups were compared. Results Bleeding amount and operation time showed no significant differences between the two groups( P>0. 05),survival rate of 1 year showed no significant differences between the two groups( P>0. 05),3 years and 5 years survival rate of observation group was highter than that of control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Intervention chemoembolization and immune comprehensive therapy has notable curative effect on advanced renal cell carcinoma,can prolong survival time of patients.
