目的:探讨早期使用人血清蛋白治疗高危新生儿的疗效。方法选取2012年3月—2013年9月出生的高危新生儿49例,随机分为干预组(25例)与对照组(24例)。对照组予以常规治疗,干预组在对照组基础上早期使用人血清蛋白治疗。观察两组患儿并发症发生情况、并发症持续时间及住院时间。结果干预组患儿硬肿、黄疸、肺炎、缺血缺氧性脑病、败血症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);干预组患儿硬肿、黄疸、肺炎、败血症持续时间及住院时间短于对照组( P<0.05)。结论早期使用人血清蛋白治疗高危新生儿的疗效显著,并发症少,有利于患儿康复。

목적:탐토조기사용인혈청단백치료고위신생인적료효。방법선취2012년3월—2013년9월출생적고위신생인49례,수궤분위간예조(25례)여대조조(24례)。대조조여이상규치료,간예조재대조조기출상조기사용인혈청단백치료。관찰량조환인병발증발생정황、병발증지속시간급주원시간。결과간예조환인경종、황달、폐염、결혈결양성뇌병、패혈증발생솔저우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);간예조환인경종、황달、폐염、패혈증지속시간급주원시간단우대조조( P<0.05)。결론조기사용인혈청단백치료고위신생인적료효현저,병발증소,유리우환인강복。
Objective To study clinical effect of early application of the human albumin in treating high-zisk newbo-rns. Methods A total of 49 high-risk newborns were selected in the First People's Hospital of Lanzhou from March 2012 to September 2013,they were randomly divided into intervention group(25 cases)and control group(24 cases). Control group were treated with conventional treatment,intervention group were treated with early application of the human albumin on the basis of control group. Occurrence of complications,complications duration time and hospital stays between the two groups were com-pared. Results Scleredema, jaundice, pneumonia, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and septicemia rate of intervention group were lower than control group(P<0. 05),Scleredema,jaundice,pneumonia,hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and septicemia duration time and hospital stays of intervention group were shorter than control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Ear-ly application of the human albumin has notable curative effect in the treatment of high-risk newborns,has less complications and is helpful to children's rehabilitation.
