目的：比较10d序贯疗法与标准三联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌（ HP）感染的疗效。方法选取2010年6月—2013年7月某院收治的经胃镜检查及组织学检查确诊为慢性胃炎或消化性溃疡且13 C-尿素呼气实验阳性患者87例，随机分为治疗组（41例）与对照组（46例）。治疗组予以10d序贯疗法，对照组予以标准三联方案。观察两组患者HP根除率、溃疡愈合率、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组患者HP根除率及溃疡愈合率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论10d序贯疗法治疗HP感染的疗效显著，HP根除率高，不良反应小。
목적：비교10d서관요법여표준삼련방안치료유문라간균（ HP）감염적료효。방법선취2010년6월—2013년7월모원수치적경위경검사급조직학검사학진위만성위염혹소화성궤양차13 C-뇨소호기실험양성환자87례，수궤분위치료조（41례）여대조조（46례）。치료조여이10d서관요법，대조조여이표준삼련방안。관찰량조환자HP근제솔、궤양유합솔、불량반응발생정황급림상료효。결과치료조환자HP근제솔급궤양유합솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；량조환자불량반응발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；치료조환자총유효솔고우대조조（ P<0.05）。결론10d서관요법치료HP감염적료효현저，HP근제솔고，불량반응소。
Objective To compare the effect of 10-day sequential therapy and standard triple therapy regimens in treating helicobacter pylori infection. Methods A total of 87 patients with helicobacter pylori infection were selected in Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Wangcang County from June 2010 to July 2013,they were randomly divided into treatment group(41 cases)and control group(46 cases). Treatment group were given 10-day sequential therapy,control group were given standard triple therapy regimens treatment. Hp eradication rate,ulcer healing rate,incidence of adverse reactions and clinical effect between the two groups were compared. Results Hp eradication rate and ulcer healing rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0. 05);incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant differences between the two groups(P>0. 05);the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion 10-day sequential therapy has notable curative effect in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection,HP eradicate rate is high and less adverse reaction.
