目的：探讨布托啡诺对妇科手术患者躁动及舒适评分的影响。方法：妇科手术患者42例，随机分为两组，各21例。观察组患者给与布托啡诺，对照组患者不给药。结果：观察组患者躁动评分（0.3±0.2）分，低于对照组患者躁动评分（0.6±0.4）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组患者舒适评分（1.9±0.6）分高于对照组患者舒适评分（0.8±0.5），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：布托啡诺用于妇科全身麻醉手术患者，能够缓解患者躁动程度，使患者舒适度增加。
목적：탐토포탁배낙대부과수술환자조동급서괄평분적영향。방법：부과수술환자42례，수궤분위량조，각21례。관찰조환자급여포탁배낙，대조조환자불급약。결과：관찰조환자조동평분（0.3±0.2）분，저우대조조환자조동평분（0.6±0.4）분，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。관찰조환자서괄평분（1.9±0.6）분고우대조조환자서괄평분（0.8±0.5），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론：포탁배낙용우부과전신마취수술환자，능구완해환자조동정도，사환자서괄도증가。
objective To investigate the effect of Butorphanol intervention on agitation and comfort scale in patients with gynecological operation. Method 42 cases of gynecologic operation patients were randomly divided into two groups,each of 21 cases. The patients in the ob-servation group were given Butorphanol,patients in the control group without drug. Results The agitation score (0. 3 ± 0. 2),the observation group was lower than that of the control group( 0. 6 ± 0. 4 ),the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 01 ). Comfort Scale( 1. 9 ± 0. 6),the observation group was higher than those in the control group(0. 8 ± 0. 5),the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 01) . Conclusion Butorphanol for the patients with gynecological surgery under general anesthesia can alleviate the degree of agitation after surger-y,make comfortable degree increase.
