目的：探讨无瘤操作模式在腹腔镜直肠癌手术中的应用效果。方法：分析30例直肠癌患者临床资料，依据是否实施无瘤操作模式进行分组，分为常规护理组10例和无瘤操作组20例。结果：无瘤操作组腹腔镜直肠癌患者复发率、感染发生率均低于常规护理组，无瘤操作组直肠癌患者护患纠纷发生率、护理工作差错率均低于常规护理组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：无瘤操作模式在腹腔镜直肠癌手术中应用可以降低并发症发生率，提高护理工作质量。
목적：탐토무류조작모식재복강경직장암수술중적응용효과。방법：분석30례직장암환자림상자료，의거시부실시무류조작모식진행분조，분위상규호리조10례화무류조작조20례。결과：무류조작조복강경직장암환자복발솔、감염발생솔균저우상규호리조，무류조작조직장암환자호환규분발생솔、호리공작차착솔균저우상규호리조，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론：무류조작모식재복강경직장암수술중응용가이강저병발증발생솔，제고호리공작질량。
objective To approach application result of laparoscopic surgery carcinoma of the rectum by no tumor operation mode. Method To analyze 30 cases clinical data of carcinoma of the rectum patients,which was to be divided into two groups,routine nursing group 10 cases and no tumor operation group 20 cases. Results The recurrence rate、incidence of infection of no tumor operation group were lower than routine nursing group,the incidence of disputes nurses and patients、nursing error rate of no tumor operation group were lower than routine nursing group,the difference werestatistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion The incidence of complications of laparoscopic sur-gery carcinoma of the rectum by no tumor operation mode are decreased,nursing quality is increased.
