目的：探讨充气式牵引腰围治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效情况。方法：分析50例腰椎间盘突出症患者临床资料，依据治疗方式不同进行分组，对照组20例和观察组30例。结果：两组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗前JOA评分差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05），观察组腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗后JOA评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：充气式牵引腰围治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状改善明显，预后良好，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토충기식견인요위치료요추간반돌출증적료효정황。방법：분석50례요추간반돌출증환자림상자료，의거치료방식불동진행분조，대조조20례화관찰조30례。결과：량조요추간반돌출증환자치료전JOA평분차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05），관찰조요추간반돌출증환자치료후JOA평분명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：충기식견인요위치료요추간반돌출증환자림상증상개선명현，예후량호，치득림상추엄응용。
objective To approach clinical effects analyze of treatment protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc by Inflatable traction waist-line. Method To analyze clinical data of 50 cases protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc patients. They were divided into two groups,control group 20 cases and detection group 30 cases. Results The JOA score of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc patients prior treatment of two groups were no difference (P>0. 05),the JOA score of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc patients of detection group posttreatment was better than control group,the difference were statistical significance(P<0. 05). Conclusion The clinical symptoms of treatment protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc by Inflatable traction waistline is obviously and favourable prognosis,which is to be used.
