目的：探讨氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛的临床效果。方法：选择100例不稳定性心绞痛患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予氯吡格雷和阿托伐他汀治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组心电图疗效总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛临床效果显著，值得借鉴。

objective To explore the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin on senile unstable angina pecto-ris. Method 100 cases with unstable angina pectoris patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment,clopidogrel and simvastatin treatment was used to the observation group based on routine treatment. the therapeutic effect of two groups was observed. Results The total effect rate of clinical effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The total effect rate of ECG effect in the observa-tion group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin on elderly patients with unstable angina has significantly clinical effect,the therapy is worthy of reference.
