“特色”就是独特的色彩，独特的风格；“特色”就是有别于他人，别具个性和特点；“特色”就是人无我有，人有我优；“特色”就是创新、创造。特色文化是人们生活环境中的一部分，每一个人的生长都有区域特色文化的烙印。世世代代生于斯，长于斯，“情性所铄，陶染所凝”。每个地域、每个城市、每个乡村因为历史、地理、政治、经济、宗教、民风、民俗等多种因素的作用，都会产生属于这个地域特点的文化资源，形成别具个性的文化特色。

A "characteristic" means a distinct style that differs from and surpasses others, so it is of course a kind of innovation and creation. Characteristic culture is a part of people's living environment, so the growth of every people will be imprinted with regional characteristic culture. A place that nurtures several gen-erations will influence the formation of their emotions. Due to the effect of several factors, such as history, geography, politics, e-conomy, religion, folk tradition, folk custom and so on, each re-gion, city or village will be endowed with the cultural resources with the characteristics of their own regions and form cultural characteristics with their own styles.
