改革开放以来，我国逐步建立了较为规范的大学生思想政治教育工作机制和管理体制，宏观管理逐步加强。在新形势下，当前大学生思想政治教育在人性化管理方面尚存不足，我们应在从人性化的角度开展大学生思想政治教育的同时，始终坚持以学生为本的理念，加强对大学生思想政治教育的人性化管理，增强大学生思想政治教育的实效性，在思想政治教育的内容、观念、管理等方面做到人性化。
