本文阐述了金工实习教学的现状，结合我校光电专业特点，提出以“课外科技活动”为突破口，依托教师科研项目，学生为主，教师为辅，实施阶梯式金工实习教学，具体阐述了三个阶段的实施方案，并简述取得的效果。

Based on the current situation of metalworking practice teaching, and combined with our optoelectronic professional characteristics, we proposed the stepped metalworking practice teaching taking "extracurricular science and technology activi-ties" as a breakthrough, relying on the projects of teacher re-search, student-centered and teacher-supplemented, specifically addressed the implementation of the program in three phases and outlined the achieved results.
