Ministry of Education has officially launched the im-plementation of "Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers" for powerfully promoting engineering education. In college, engineering education is inseparable from practice teaching, so the article has discussed new requirements related to college practice teaching and management for the good imple-mentation of"Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engi-neers".
