目的：：分析影响开展临终关怀护理服务的相关因素，并分析其权重，为安徽省蚌埠市综合医院开展临终关怀服务提供参考依据。方法：对蚌埠市3所综合医院医护人员进行面对面访谈，建立理论模型，利用统计学软件，运用信度、效度、相关和多元回归等手段，提炼出影响开展临终关怀的影响因子，并对其进行排序。结果：专业人才、医疗资源、现代生命观、现代伦理观4个因素与临终关怀均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)，标准回归系数分别为0.456、0.244、0.125和0.075。结论：发现有4个影响因素与开展临终关怀认可度呈正相关关系，按权重排序依次是专业人才、医疗资源、现代生命观、现代伦理观。

Objective:To explore the relevant factors affecting the implementation of hospice care and to analyze their sequence in weight so as to provide reference basis for the implementation of hospice care services in the compressive hospitals in Bengbu city. Methods:Interviews were conducted to the medical personnel of three compressive hospitals in Bengbu city. The influencing factors affecting the implementation of hospice care were analyzed by establishing theoretical models,using statistical software and by means of credibility,validity,correlation and multiple regressions;the sequencing of the factors was also conducted. Results:Professional talents, medical resources,modern life view and modern ethical view were the four factors positively correlated with the hospice care ( P <0. 01),the standardized regression coefficients being 0. 456,0. 244,0. 125 and 0. 075,respectively. Conclusions:The research reveals that four influencing factors were positively correlated with hospice care,and the sequences of them are as follows:professional talents, medical resources,modern life view and modern ethical view.
