在知识经济快速发展的过程中，各专业领域之间的分工越来越精细，对专业人员也提出更高的要求。为了适应与日俱增的竞争和压力，从业人员必须始终以“终身学习”作为追求的目标，而以培养高水平、高层次人才为目标的高等院校中的继续教育培训的功能和作用越发突显。河北传媒学院作为以培养“应用型”人才为发展理念的艺术类院校，其继续教育培训的对象、层次等都有其特殊性。为了使河北传媒学院的继续教育发挥其优势，走出特色，本文借鉴其他高校的继续教育办学模式，在结合市场供求关系的基础上，针对继续教育培训教学中存在的内容匮乏、形式单一、师资队伍建设缺乏专业性等问题进行了分析，并引入以需求为导向的继续教育培训教学体系构建的理念，以此促进我国艺术类高校的继续教育培训模式改善和发展，并进一步推动河北省从业人员的高效就业的发展。

In the rapid development of knowledge economy, the division of labor in various professional fields is increasingly re-fined, having proposed higher requirements for professionals. To adapt to the increasingly intense competition and pressure, pro-fessionals must regard"lifelong learning"as the objective to pur-sue, so the function and role of continuing education and training, as way to cultivate high-level talents in colleges, has become in-creasingly prominent. As an art college with the cultivation of ap-plication-oriented talents as the concept, Hebei Institute of Com-munications possesses its own particularity in the object and level of continuing education and training. To give play to the advan-tages of continuing education in Hebei Institute of Communica-tions and develop its own characteristics, this paper refers to the school-running models of continuing education in other colleges, and based on the relation between market supply and demand, analyzes the problems existing in continuing education and train-ing, such as lack of content, single form, insufficiency of teach-ing staff construction, and introduces the construction of a de-mand-oriented teaching system of continuing education and training, hoping to facilitate the improvement and development of continuing education and training models in China's art colleges, and further promote the efficient employment of professionals in Hebei Province.
