目的：：了解基层卫生岗位对临床技能项目的基本需求。方法：对安徽医学高等专科学校2011级临床定向(免费订单生)1~4班共225名学生在基层卫生工作岗位实习期间的临床技能需求进行问卷调查。结果：基层卫生岗位对临床技能项目需求率超过80%的有：换药术(93.56%)、清创术(90.59%)、穿/脱手术衣/戴无菌手套(86.14%)、导尿术(83.17%)、小儿体格发育的测量(83.17%)和吸氧/吸痰术(80.69%)，该专业现已开展的外科基本技能培养项目与基层医疗实际需求的衔接度最高。结论：结合基层卫生岗位的实际需求，构建以就业岗位需求为导向的临床技能培养体系，将有助于提高实用型医学人才培养的质量，为基层卫生人才队伍的建设提供重要保证。

Objective:To investigate the basic requirements of clinical skill of grassroot health post. Methods:The basic requirements of clinical skill in 225 students from Anhui Medical College during the internship period of grassroot health post were investigated. Results:The basic requirement rate of clinical skill on grassroot health post was more than 80%, the requirements included dressing technique(93. 56%),debridement(90. 59%),wearing/taking off gown/wearing sterile gloves(86. 14%),urethral catheterization (83.17%),measuring children's physique growth(83. 17%) and intaking oxygen/outptaking sputum technique(80. 69%). This surgical basic skill training to meet the basic requirement of primary care has been implemented. Conclusions:Building the clinical skill training system according to the job demand and actual needs of grassroots health post can improve the quality of practical medical talent cultivation and construction of grassroot talent team.
