目的：评价曼月乐是否具有预防子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后复发的作用。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Medline、CNKI、VIP、万方、中国学位论文全文数据库，搜索关于宫腔镜联合曼月乐治疗子宫内膜息肉的文献。按照纳入排除标准筛选文献，采用Jalad评分评价文献质量，对提取的数据采用RevMan5.0进行Meta分析。结果纳入本次Meta分析的研究11项，共有1070例子宫内膜息肉患者，其中宫腔镜联合曼月乐治疗（曼月乐组）530例，单纯宫腔镜治疗（对照组）540例。Jalad评分显示均为高质量文献。Meta分析显示，宫腔镜术后使用曼月乐患者子宫内膜息肉复发率明显低于单纯宫腔镜手术者。结论曼月乐具有预防子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后复发的作用。
목적：평개만월악시부구유예방자궁내막식육궁강경술후복발적작용。방법계산궤검색Pubmed、Medline、CNKI、VIP、만방、중국학위논문전문수거고，수색관우궁강경연합만월악치료자궁내막식육적문헌。안조납입배제표준사선문헌，채용Jalad평분평개문헌질량，대제취적수거채용RevMan5.0진행Meta분석。결과납입본차Meta분석적연구11항，공유1070례자궁내막식육환자，기중궁강경연합만월악치료（만월악조）530례，단순궁강경치료（대조조）540례。Jalad평분현시균위고질량문헌。Meta분석현시，궁강경술후사용만월악환자자궁내막식육복발솔명현저우단순궁강경수술자。결론만월악구유예방자궁내막식육궁강경술후복발적작용。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Mirena on preventing the recurrence of endometrial polyp after hystero-scopic endometrial polypectomy. Methods Databases including PubMed, Medline, CNKI, VIP , Wanfang and China A-cademic Dissertation were searched to collect the studies about the therapy of endometrial polyp with hysteroscopic en-dometrial polypectomy combined with Mirena. The studies were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the quality was evaluated by Jalad. The extracting data were analyzed for Meta by RevMan 5.0. Results A total of 11 articles including 1070 cases of endometrial polyp were selected which of 1070 cases, 530 cases received the therapy of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy combined with Mirena (the Mirena group), 540 cases were treated with hystero-scopic endometrial polypectomy only (the control group). Jalad scores showed that the articles included in this analysis were all at high quality. Meta analysis indicated that hysteroscopy surgery combined Mirena had the significantly lower re-currence rate of endometrial polyp than the control group. Conclusion Mirena had the prevention effect on the recurrence of endometrial polyp after hysteroscopy surgery.
